HOW DO I PLACE AN ORDER?
Click on "Cookie Quote" on the menu bar and fill out the quote form to get started! Form submission does not guarantee an order but I will be in touch within 3 business day with availability information and quote!
HOW MUCH DO YOUR COOKIES COST?
Prices starts at $65/dozen with a minimum of a dozen. Complexity of design, number of colors used, hand painting, lettering, golds, will add to the price.

Characters/logo cookies starts at $90/dozen.

Mini cookies (approximately 2") starts at $28/dozen (3 dozen minimum).
HOW MUCH NOTICE DO YOU NEED FOR AN ORDER?
I open my calendar for orders 3 months at a time, with wedding cookie requests as an exception.

January-March calendar opens Dec 1st.
April - June calendar opens March 1st.
July - September opens June 1st.
October - December opens Sep 1st.
I would need at least 2 weeks notice but as availability may be limited, the earlier you reach out, the better!
ARE THERE ANY ALLERGENS IN YOUR RECIPE?
My sugar cookie recipe uses wheat, eggs, dairy, and almond extract. At this time, substitutions cannot be made for wheat, eggs, or dairy, but almond extract can be omitted.
DO YOU OFFER GLUTEN FREE OR VEGAN COOKIES?
I do not offer those options at this time.
HOW ARE THE ORDERS PACKAGED?
All cookies are individually heat sealed for freshness and placed in a bakery box. If you need different box or ribbon options, contact me for a custom quote. For holiday orders, cookies are boxed with ribbon and appropriate tags, ready for gift giving!
DO YOU DELIVER OR SHIP?
Cookie Therapy operates under the Virginia Cottage Food laws which does not allow for delivery or shipping. All orders must be picked up in Ashburn, Virginia.
CAN I BOOK AN ORDER IF I DON'T HAVE A THEME YET?
Absolutely! I wont be able to give you an exact quote, but I can use the base price for your order. Once designs are confirmed, prices will be adjusted and the remaining balance (if any), will be due no less then 2 weeks prior to the event's date.
WHAT IS YOUR CANCELLATION POLICY?
No refunds will be issued if the request is made within 2 weeks of the pick up date. If the request is made prior to 2 weeks, a refund of the original price minus costs associated with purchasing materials specific to the order that cannot be reused, will be issued.
